The pricker is so to say the joist for the capillary hose in the irrigation system, and the mouth at the same time. Using the 16 cm thorn, you can stick it comfortabily into any capable medium for plant cultivation. Then you can watch the irrigation of your plants. Especially this pricker is very favoured by our customers, because you can literally watch the drops dripping - that makes it easy to control. Normally the water just leaks at the drippers side as a small rill. In this kategorie you'll find the capillary hose as well.

Through the 3mm thin capillary hose the water is permanently transported in small drops to the plants. That ensures a constant equal rate of water in the soil, substrate or whatever you use. The end of the hose sticks next to the plant in the pricker - and you can watch the drops falling out. It is a pysical law - others would call ist pysical mystery - however, anyway it's a fact, that the flow inside a capillary hose changes when you change it's length. That means: you get doubble water when you halven the length. So: Please NEVER shorten the capillary hose! Not even, if a shorter one would fit better ... it would confuse the entire irrigation. Of course you find the prickers in this kategorie as well. To protect the capillary hose from choking by lime accumulation, you should pour Ata Clean into the water you're using.

To provide a larger areal with water by using more drip devider or tropf-blumat, you proberbly need longer pieces of the dripping hose. For you won't want to buy new dripping hose each time you re-organize your irrigation system, you can use the mini hose connector for the dripping hose. It connects two ends of two pieces of dripping hose to a longer one to  bridge over longer distances to plants or the supply hose. The supply hose has to be connected wether with the water tab or a tank. Now, when the soil becomes dry, the desiccating pottery sensor creates a certain section power for the physical  wetness balance, that releases the watering. As soon as the soil is wet enough, the suction power stops and the watering ends just  by itself. The necessary dripping hose is available as running yard or, if you prefer, as a 50 m reel.
